This icon indicates that the request must first be approved by the second employee involved in a traded schedule (accepting employee). The supervisor is indicating he or she has seen the request but hasn't updated the status. The request has been submitted and is pending approval or denial from the supervisor. ![]() The request is not allowed by the supervisor. The traded schedules revert back to the originally scheduled employee. The request has been canceled by either the supervisor or by you. ![]() The request is approved by the supervisor, and is added to your schedule. The icons under the Status column indicate the status of the trade request: You are trading schedules with another employee. You have accepted a schedule that was offered by another employee. The icons under the Type column indicate the type of request: To select records to hide (once they have been viewed), click on the selection box to enter a check mark. The following fields are displayed on this card:Ĭlick on the folder icon to open the record and view the details. If the status of the request changes, the record will again be displayed on this card. The request is now hidden on the card and will no longer display. Once a request has been viewed, click the box to the left of the record to enter a check mark, and then click the Hide Selected button. Point the cursor at the activity code to view the date and start time of the activity. If the offer has been accepted by another employee, the name of the accepting employee and the activity code for the shift are also listed. Click the folder to open the record and Accept or Cancel the trade request.Īn offer request shows the shift being offered by an employee.
